One double and two twin bedrooms, a sitting room with a wood-burning stove, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a heated floor, all recently refurbished. It is included in every wedding hire, and for the rest of the year it is let as a holiday cottage.
The wedding party's base
Hair, make-up and a slow breakfast in the morning; a quiet room thirty seconds from the dance floor at night. The cottage is included with your hire.
A holiday cottage for six
Sleeps six in one double and two twin bedrooms. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, barbecue and outside furniture; wheelchair access; pets by arrangement. Saffron Walden, Audley End and Cambridge are all close by.
